Job summary

Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support our benefits programs and foster an engaged and equitable employee experience. Under the Director of Payroll and Benefits, you will coordinate enrollment, provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure accurate benefits processing and reporting.

This full-time temporary role for 12 months offers full benefits, including medical, dental, vision and CalPERS retirement, with opportunities to collaborate across HR and campus
