Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent experience in employer benefit strategies; consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in teams.
