• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and dependable, punctual performance.
• Responsive engagement with clients, Towne Benefits, and other Towne Bank team members.
• Strong decision-making ability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate multiple referral sources and maintain a pipeline of leads.
• Generate new sales through needs-based analysis to meet group goals.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to obtain quotes, prepare proposals, and renew/enroll groups.
• Present proposals and conduct open enrollment meetings with the team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, regulations, and technology.
• Call on clients regularly to build and maintain relationships and retain business.
• Provide excellent client service and ensure accurate prospect and pipeline information.
