Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in employee benefits, human resources, healthcare, insurance, or related fields.
• 2+ years of supervisory or practice management experience.
• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Benefits service team across the Pacific Region.
• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of employee benefits.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with carriers and vendors.
