McKinstry is looking for a Benefits and Leave Coordinator. This position supports HR Benefits’ effectiveness by assisting in the processing of leaves of absence, communicating benefits and policy information as needed. Additional responsibilities may include:
Two (2) years’ experience in leave administration or benefits required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources filed or equivalent work experience required.
PHR/SPHR or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficient in Word and Excel; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
Intermediate working knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
Working knowledge of Federal, State and local employment law preferred.
Must be well organized and able to manage time effectively to meet all deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create and sustain confident and compassionate relationships with employees requesting and on leave and their managers.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $41.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is considered non-exempt and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
