What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make financial eligibility determinations for various Medicaid programs, following productivity, timeliness, and quality guidelines
- Conduct interviews and communicate with customers regarding eligibility status and required information
- Review documentation and verify eligibility from multiple sources
- Document actions taken and relevant case information throughout the application process
- Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service-related work experience
- Ability to pass a test appropriate to the area of assignment
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, as well as applicable state and federal rules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service-related work experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not required
- Familiarity with call center environments
- Experience with investigative interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of Arizona Management System (AMS)
