What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make financial eligibility determinations for Medicaid programs and conduct interviews with customers

- Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service-related work experience
- Ability to pass a test appropriate to the area of assignment
- Bilingual (fluent) in Navajo preferred for the Chinle office
- Familiarity with computer databases and systems used in eligibility determination

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service-related work experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
