The Financial Wellness Benefits Analyst supports the development, implementation, and management of financial wellness programs to enhance employees’ overall financial health. The Analyst oversees the administration and strategic management of Shaw’s U.S. and international retirement plans, educationassistanceprogram, and relocation program in a fast paced, highly analytical, and dynamic environment. This role collaborates cross-functionally with many areas in the company including HR, Total Rewards, IT, Sourcing, Corporate Communications, and Accounting. They provide oversight of plans with our vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance with ERISA laws and the Internal Revenue Code 409A regulations. They help to create and deliver educational resources and tools that empower associates to make informed financial decisions.
