A benefits professional with hands-on experience supporting and administering financial benefit plans. You bring sound judgment, strong analytical capability, and the ability to manage recurring processes with accuracy and independence. You work closely with Benefits Administration, HR Legal, Finance, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure our financial benefit programs run smoothly and compliantly. You are comfortable navigating complex plan rules, interpreting regulations, and supporting employees with clarity and care.
You play a key role in ensuring employees understand the design, value, and operation of Pitney Bowes' financial benefit programs and have access to accurate information, tools, and resources.
The wage range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Shelton, CT office required. This hybrid status may change based on business need.
