The role in a nutshell:

As a Benefits Analyst, you will leverage your international benefits knowledge to support clients by preparing deliverables, tracking project progress, and addressing questions related to claims, compliance, and administration. You will analyze client benefits requirements, implement solutions, and contribute to a positive experience for all stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across global teams and business lines, providing essential services.

How you will make a difference:

• Support and resolve client inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met
• Identify, implement, and support process improvements
• Maintain benefit processes and documentation
• Manage assigned clients, adhering to key metrics and SLAs, while providing knowledgeable service
• Generate timely KPI and business reports with meaningful insights
• Assist with benefits projects to improve offerings aligned with business and financial goals
• Evaluate client needs to identify opportunities for optimal benefit options
• Collaborate with Benefits consultants, HR teams, and external partners to streamline benefit management
• Stay updated on in-country regulations to ensure compliance
• Update processes and related documentation
• Communicate complex benefit information clearly to educate clients’ employees
• Participate in routine audits and client meetings, working with vendors as needed
