Job summary

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing with corporate HQ in Lake Oswego, OR, seeks a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and related reporting. You’ll maintain records, reconcile invoices, and analyze data using Excel in a detail-oriented, customer-service driven role.

• 3+ years of Benefits & Leave Administration.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs and support wellness initiatives and related reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee benefit records and reconcile monthly carrier invoices.
• Track reports to analyze benefits data and ensure data integrity.
• Administer employee leave programs and coordinate between departments to track timelines, certifications, and return-to-work dates.
• Collaborate with internal teams in a fully on-site environment and support reporting needs.
