Hirschbach is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and support employee benefits and leave programs in an office setting. The role focuses on accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and delivering clear benefits communications to employees.
You will collaborate with vendors, coordinate enrollments, and ensure payroll alignment during absences. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR-adjacent roles, experience with HRIS, and a commitment to employee service.

This role is critical in helping employees understand and maximize their benefits, while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with organizational goals.
