Unifi Aviation LLC seeks a Benefits Operations Specialist to deliver a best‑in‑class employee benefits experience. You will administer health and welfare programs, manage enrollments, and support annual Open Enrollment while ensuring data accuracy across HRIS and vendor systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands‑on benefits experience, including eligibility, audits, and leave programs, with strong customer service and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on benefits administration experience.
• Experience with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and ADA regulations.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience entering, auditing, and reconciling benefits data in HRIS or benefits systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, with day‑to‑day transactions.
• Manage enrollments, life events, eligibility updates, and benefit changes.
• Support annual Open Enrollment planning, testing, communications, and post‑enrollment audits.
• Collaborate with benefit carriers, brokers, and third‑party administrators to resolve escalated concerns.
• Conduct benefit eligibility audits, dependent verification reviews, and data reconciliations.
• Enter, audit, reconcile, and maintain benefits data across HRIS, benefits admin, carrier, and vendor systems.
• Independently manage routine benefits transactions and inquiries with minimal oversight.
• Support compliance activities related to ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and ADA.
