Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Benefit Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for TotalSource clients and internal partners around health and welfare plan administration and benefits programs.

The role covers benefits administration, service and product support, leadership, and client relations within a collaborative environment. You will handle enrollments, verifications, and annual open enrollment while coordinating with HR and carrier resources, providing tier-2 support, and guiding team

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in employee benefits or HR administration.
• College degree not required; relevant benefits/HR experience acceptable.
• Preferred certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or GBA/CEBS.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage and govern various benefit plans through processing enrollments, verifications, life events, and open enrollment.
• Provide service support for health and welfare benefit programs via phone, CRM, email, or in person to clients and internal partners.
• Mentor and coach service associates, deliver training, and support development across the team.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, internal partners, HRBP/CRE/GM regarding benefits administration and processes.
