Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3 years of professional governmental/commercial accounting with Master’s Degree.
• 5 years with Bachelor’s Degree; 7 years with Associate’s Degree; relevant auditing experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal accounting procedures and clerical operations to maximize efficiency.
• Advise management on budgeting to ensure proper expenditures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules.
• Approve expense vouchers and verify ledgers for accuracy.
• Supervise posting of entries to general, accounts payable, and accounts receivable ledgers.
• Prioritize work for staff and perform other duties as assigned.
