Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily client requests, including processing policy changes and other employee benefit plan information requests.
• Assist clients and members with benefit coverage questions and resolve claim questions.
• Maintain and update client information in the Stephens agency management system and file communications in the shared structure.
• Develop client deliverables and health plan surveys for clients and self-funded plans.
• Support RFP submissions by gathering claims history and plan design information.
