Job summary

This role requires deep knowledge of the regulatory environment and experience in an employee benefits advisory or broker practice, carrier, or administrator markets. You will collaborate with clinical, underwriting, actuarial, and analytics teams to review plan performance, manage reporting obligations, and coordinate benefits communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with validation of enrollment, claims and fixed fees for the data analytics system.
• Collaborate with clinical, communications, data analytics, underwriting, actuarial teams in review of plan performance.
• Oversee collection and reporting of benchmark comparisons to industry, employee size and geographical span.
