Job Description

Prepare quotes and assist brokers with information/materials. This remote role involves collaborating via video and screen sharing technology, making you feel part of the team while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to email queues for quoting.
• Review quote requests, determine appropriate plans, and collaborate with partners.
• Organize and monitor proposals for accuracy and timeliness.
• Input data into internal and external systems to generate proposals.
• Maintain data and monitor quote metrics.
• Prepare and follow up on quote requests to ensure completion and delivery.
• Provide administrative support, including correspondence and printing.
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Maintain carrier contacts and related files.
• Assist with meetings or events; occasional long hours may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of related experience.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in insurance, medical, or employee benefits.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• License preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• High accuracy with at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job-related documents.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changes.
