This is a rewarding position with the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Missouri citizens and their families.

To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma and at least four years of customer services experience OR a bachelor's degree.

To thrive in this role, you must be personable, compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, proficient typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, and has experience working with several different computer programs simultaneously.

Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
