Position Overview

The Family Support Division is seeking applications for a Benefit Program Associate/Technician located at the Pineville Resource Center, 5265 S. Business Hwy 71, Pineville, MO.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Benefit Program Associate: Assist Missouri residents by assessing their needs, guiding them through public assistance program applications, answering questions, distributing information, scanning and indexing received documents, and entering data into eligibility systems.
2. Benefit Program Technician: Help citizens receive food, medical, financial, and nutritional assistance, determine eligibility, conduct interviews in person and via telephone, and prepare summaries.

Salary

Range: $36,515.52 to $38,887.92 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

1. Benefit Program Associate: High School diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Benefit Program Technician: At least 4 years of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Note: Lack of post-secondary education will not be the sole reason to deny consideration.
