Benefit Education Lead, NY/NJ - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of customer-facing events across all modalities within the Customer Event Operations organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors (contracted benefit educators) supporting customer engagement activities.
  • Manage the deployment of customer events in designated markets, including stakeholder facilitation, material preparation, and item ordering.
  • Collaborate cross-organizationally for virtual or onsite educational events.
  • Engage in customer engagement reporting and support sales and account management teams.
  • Achieve and support the attainment of assigned goals and operational needs.
  • Communicate resource, capacity, and workload needs to managers and teams.
  • Manage assignments independently to support customer events effectively.
Requirements
  • Must reside in NY or NJ.
  • Customer focus, planning, action orientation, organizational savvy, resourcefulness, and effective communication skills.
  • Support the execution and coordination of customer events, including material development and order management.
  • Ability to develop relationships with matrix partners and leverage resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
Additional Information

Salary range: $62,100 - $103,500 annually, with potential for bonus. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more. This role is eligible for remote work with required internet specifications. The position is full-time, entry-level, within the Human Resources function in healthcare.
