Job summary

ARaymond is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the bending and stamping cells in our Primary Department. You will coach hourly staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in stamping, metal forming, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly employees.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with manufacturing software/ERP systems and production reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of bending and stamping cells to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to hourly employees; enforce policies and safety standards.
• Direct shop floor activities using the production schedule and prioritize work.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and workflow; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop action plans, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Schedule overtime, approve time-off requests, and review time records.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization standards; conduct safety observations and audits.
