Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in North America is seeking an operator to run bending equipment, perform adjustments, and ensure product quality. You will conduct inspections, document production and scrap, and maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 20–50 pounds. Strong safety and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Operate bending equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and process control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and scrap accountability.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with 5S standards.

Starting Rate of pay: $23.03/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

First Shift 6am-2:30pm

What you will be doing

• Operate bending equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and process control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate product identification, production documentation, and scrap accountability.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety and 5S standards.

• Ability to make minor machine offset adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting.
