Job summary

Atlas Copco's Louisville, KY facility seeks a Bench Repair Technician who performs in-house repairs and calibrations on Atlas Copco tools, diagnosing issues and ensuring precision in every repair. You will create repair quotes, perform preventive maintenance, disassemble and reassemble tools, order parts, and communicate with customers to provide status updates, supporting outstanding service.

This role reports to the Depot Manager and offers a 4x10-hour on-site schedule at our Louisville

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise work.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• High school diploma or GED.

We’re seeking a Bench Repair Technician who is hands-on, technically minded, and passionate about solving problems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing in-house repairs and calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service excellence. It’s an ideal position for someone who enjoys dismantling equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring precision in every repair.

This role reports directly to the Depot Manager and offers a 4 10-hour days on-site schedule based out of our Louisville, KY facility.
