Job summary

H. Betti Industries, Inc in Dallas, TX is seeking a Technician/Installer - Bench Tech to repair, refurbish and troubleshoot equipment in designated locations. You will work with diagnostic tools, manage used equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing to 10' ladders, and occasional overtime. Forklift/boom/lull certification may be requested; a valid driver's license is required. Casual environment with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and familiar with all hand tools.
• Must possess and maintain a current/valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to obtain a forklift/boom/lull certification.
• Must be comfortable working on a ladder up to 10' high.
• Must be comfortable working in tight or confined spaces.
• Overtime Required – may include longer days and weekends.
• Amusement/Vending Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to handle all equipment including video games, vending and parts with proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Refurbishes used video game equipment to company standards.
• Troubleshoots computers to the modular level.
• Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
• Handles all aspects of used equipment.
• Maintains tools and equipment for optimal operation.
• Tests functionality and performance of equipment.
• Ensures warehouse and truck areas are clean and safe.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
