Job summary

Intralo in the United States is seeking a bench technician to repair electronic parts and wiring in point‑of‑sale lottery equipment. You will disassemble and reassemble hardware, perform failure analysis, and prepare inbound equipment from suppliers before dispatch.

Work takes place in the centralized warehouse; you will test equipment before repair, document repairs for monthly reports, train customer service technicians, and support field operations including events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record must be clean for 3-year period.

Responsibilities

• Repair hardware and troubleshoot electronics with minimal supervision.
• Refine repair procedures and draft new procedures as needed.
• Test communication equipment before shipping; commission new devices before dispatch.
• Troubleshoot and replace boards or repair electronics equipment, some at component level.
• Maintain thorough records for monthly and quarterly reporting on repairs and issues from the field.
• Report hardware/software conflicts; escalate based on impact.
• Collaborate with the team to track and inventory repairs.
• Train Customer Service Technicians in maintenance, operation, and VSAT installation techniques.
• Prepare and install equipment for special events (e.g., state fairs).
• Perform software updates after repair; support test lab and customer environments.
