Your Mission
  1. Create Excellent Guest Experiences: Guide guests to ensure their favorite items are available and the store is pristine.
  2. Build Teams and Leaders: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people-focused team. Support their growth with skills training.
  3. Grow Sales and Manage Inventory: Lead in managing sales and inventory, build vendor relationships, and ensure sales growth.
  4. Operate with Brand Excellence: Maintain store standards, staffing, and readiness for special guests or mystery shoppers.
  5. Lead Food Safety and Operations: Manage food operations, ensure ServSafe certification, and protect food margins.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Authorization to work in the U.S. and age 18 or older.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year college degree preferred.
  3. 3-5 years in food service or retail management.
  4. Proven leadership skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Organizational, planning, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  7. Proficiency in P&L analysis and technology.
  8. Ability to travel to La Plata, MD for training.
  9. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active for 8 hours.
