Qualifications

• Mammalian cell culture experience with sterile technique.
• Flow cytometry and gel electrophoresis experience.
• Strong data tracking and lab documentation skills.
• Ability to follow general lab procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, thaw, and prepare host cell line cultures for group activities.
• Independently plan and execute stable cell line generation for plate- and flask-based transfections.
• Receive, track, and disseminate DNA plasmid library between groups.
• Provide logistical support: ordering supplies, managing instruments, and lab bench activities.
• Present formal data packages to portfolio project teams and collaboration teams.
