Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• Experience preparing media, handling microbial cultures, and sampling.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday 7:00 pm–3:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Set up, inoculate, operate, sample, monitor, harvest, and clean fermenters.
• Monitor pH, dissolved oxygen, and feed additions.
• Maintain batch records, logs, and maintenance reports.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Follow SOPs, GMP and quality procedures.
