In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing in‑house repairs and calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service excellence. It’s an ideal position for someone who enjoys dismantling equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring precision in every repair.

This site works a on‑site at our Auburn Hills, MI workshop, and works a 1st shift schedule.

• Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates
