Job summary

TAT Technologies Ltd seeks an on-site Maintenance Technician responsible for upkeep, inspections, and repairs of equipment and aviation components in Tulsa, OK.

You will manage documentation (hard copy and electronic), keep ERP data current, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.
• Must have a valid unexpired US state Driver License.
• Maintains work areas, adheres to safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Assemble, test, and service heat exchangers, components, parts, and tools.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical data to determine task methods.
• Accurately complete work orders and data inputs within ERP systems.
• Maintain tool and FOD control; keep areas clean and organized.

Job description

Perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form. Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking. Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances. Manages material readiness, inventory, and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling. Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals. Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance. Must have good command of the English language; oral and written. Must have a valid unexpired US state Driver License. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.

• Responsible for the assembly, testing, and travelers related to heat exchangers, components, parts, and tools.
• Secondary responsibilities consist of disassembly, cleaning, analytical inspection, reworking schemes, detailing and other duties as assigned.
• Read and interprets maintenance manuals, or other technical data to determine the feasibility and method to perform the assigned task.
• Replaces or Repairs damaged or work component parts using general hand tools, special tools, pneumatic and precision measuring equipment. Assembles components with same tools and equipment.
• Maintains work areas and tools in a clean and organized manner, practices proper tool and FOD control. (5S)
• Accurately and efficiently completes work orders, BOMS, data inputs within ERP systems.
• Reads and understands Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station and ISO documentations and other related manuals.
• Operates and maintains/services specialized equipment.

• Working knowledge and ability to do industrial math calculations and work to tight tolerances.
