Pratt & Whitney is seeking a manufacturing operator for a 3rd shift in North Berwick, ME. You will follow written procedures to assemble, machine, spray coatings, and use hand tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position runs 4x10s on a night schedule, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime. Requires a high school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with precision measuring equipment.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Use procedures, drawings and manuals to complete assemblies and related tasks.
• Operate tools such as wrenches and air tools while maintaining safety and quality.
• Learn assembly, deburring and coating processes.
• Maintain productivity and support continuous improvement.
• Work with shifts as needed, including overtime.

What You Will Do

• Use written manufacturing procedures, drawings, Engine Manuals and other pertinent instruction to complete assemblies, machining, spray coatings, masking, and more.


• Use a variety of tools such as wrenches, compressed air tools, blending discs, and more.


• Learn processes such as part assembly, power deburring, spray coatings and more!


• Engage in a safety-first and quality-always culture.


• Be part of a growing team focused on customer delivery integrity.


• Support and promote continuous improvement activities to meet business objectives.


• Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime.


• May need to train on day time shift.


• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English


• This is a 3nd Shift Role, Monday-Thursday, 4x10s, 8:00PM-6:00AM.

The salary range for this role is $17.13- $ 30.10. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
