Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bench Jeweler required.
• Strong proficiency in ring sizing, soldering, polishing, and general jewelry repair.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting production goals.

• Perform ring sizing (up and down) in a variety of metals.
• Complete jewelry repairs including soldering, chain repairs, prong retipping, shank repairs, clasp replacement, and other common bench work.
• Maintain a daily production goal of up to 30 completed repair jobs per day, depending on repair complexity.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workbench.
• Communicate with team members regarding repair needs and production priorities.
• Handle customer jewelry with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
