Position: Bench Hand
Schedule: Day Shift (Monday- Friday 6a-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p) Night Shift (Monday- Friday 4p-3:45a)
The Bench Hand is responsible for the assembly, repair, and maintenance of various components, tools, and equipment. They are engaging deeply with a variety of materials, employing precision tools and machinery to shape, finish, and perfect components according to exact specifications. This position is ideal for meticulous individuals who have a keen eye for detail, steady hand coordination, and a passion for crafting excellence. They must have stamina, the ability to lift heavy loads, be able to concentrate on performing tasks and commit to safety rules.
