Job summary

Velocity MSC is seeking a Repair Technician in Ohio to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair dye sublimation printers and related equipment. You will document all activities and maintain device quality, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires an HS Diploma (or higher) and may involve cross-training. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST, with a bench repair focus and opportunities to support customer service teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair dye sublimation printers and related equipment with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation/records of maintenance performed on devices.
• Troubleshoot devices down to sub-assembly level.
• Replace defective components as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Follow inventory control procedures.
