Job Summary

As Bench Director of Dining Services, you oversee a dining account, lead all aspects of operations, maintain client relations, and manage budget and P&L responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and internal departments.
• Collaborate with chefs and management to create menus and provide top‑quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary arts (preferred).
• 3–5 years of foodservice operations experience.
• High‑volume production and catering experience.
• Experience managing a budget.
