Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Bench Director of Dining Services in Vidalia, GA. You will oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account, lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the highest quality food.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Chef on menus, overseeing P&L and budgeting, and rolling out new culinary programs. Preferred: BS in Hospitality or Culinary, 3–5 years foodservice experience, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Job Summary:

Working as a Bench Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
