Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Houston, TX. You will oversee day-to-day dining operations for a healthcare account and lead a team of associates to deliver high-quality food and service across the account.

Responsibilities include relationship management with clients, collaborating with the Chef on menus, and rolling out culinary programs while overseeing P&L and budgeting to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Job Summary

Job Summary:

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Preferred Qualifications:
