Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a Deli Manager to supervise the deli department, uphold guest service standards, merchandising programs and departmental operations. After training, bench managers may cover nearby locations within 30 miles and remain in bench role until a position opens.

Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory, quality control, sanitation, and adherence to company guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction and targeted profits.

• Capable of lifting 25 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Join Lowes Foods as a Deli Manager! As a Deli Manager you will supervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operation is maintained in the deli department.

After training, Bench Department Managers are expected to fill a Department Manager role within 30 miles of their home. If no position is open, they will remain in their bench role until one becomes available.

• 10. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• 11. Performs PA announcements.
