Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead a high-volume team, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional customer service while helping manage inventory, budgets, and overall efficiency.

This role requires 2+ years in restaurant supervision, strong leadership, and flexibility to work nights and weekends within 40 miles of Springfield, MA.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ members.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Strong focus on food safety and staff safety.

As a Bench employee, you will provide operational support to various stores within the region until a home location is assigned to you.
