Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help lead a high-volume team, recruit and train staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on developing a positive work environment, managing inventory and food safety, and delivering efficient service across shifts. Eligibility includes a Food Manager Certificate and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ members.

As a Bench employee, you will provide operational support to various stores within the region until a home location is assigned to you.
