Job summary

Target is seeking a Belt Conveyor Technician for our Jacksonville distribution center. You will maintain belt conveyor systems, perform belt tracking adjustments and tensioning, and splice torn or worn belts as needed.

Responsibilities include pulley lagging and idler roller replacement to ensure proper belt tension and minimize wear. The role requires physical fitness to access conveyor structures and perform maintenance tasks on-site in Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of conveyor or industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with belt tracking and tensioning.
• Ability to perform belt splices (mechanical and vulcanized).
• Experience with pulley lagging and idler roller replacement.
