Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts guests to rooms.
• Opens doors and assists guests entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of amenities, hours, and local attractions.
• Transports luggage to and from villa/guest room.
• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assists guests in vehicles and with loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs.
