The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, the ability to operate various vehicle types, strong English communication, and prior customer service experience

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or valet.
• Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and directions as needed.
• Operate valet parking services efficiently, ensuring safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
• Maintain clear communication with front desk and security teams to coordinate arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the valet area and bell stand, including managing equipment and supplies.
• Assist guests with any additional requests or information about the property and local area to enhance their stay experience.

Job Purpose

The Bell person/Valet position is a vital role focused on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role involves greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and providing efficient valet parking services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The successful candidate will act as the first and last point of contact for guests, representing the establishment’s commitment to hospitality excellence. They will coordinate closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and courteously. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the property by providing attentive, reliable, and friendly service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
