Job Purpose

The Bellperson/Valet position in Montrose, West Hollywood, CA, is a vital role focused on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role involves greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and providing efficient valet parking services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The successful candidate will act as the first and last point of contact for guests, representing the establishment’s commitment to hospitality excellence. They will coordinate closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and courteously. Minimum Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong communication skills in English.
