Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California, seeks a friendly Bellperson to support guests with luggage, provide information, and deliver a warm, memorable stay. You’ll escort guests, assist with amenities, and coordinate transport while exemplifying Hilton standards of service.

Qualifications

• One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL license where applicable.
• Read, write and speak English fluently; communicate effectively with the public and staff.

• Escort guests to rooms and explain features and facilities.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
