Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Open hotel doors for guests and provide first-class customer service.
• Assist with luggage and transport to front desk or guest rooms.
• Operate the hotel shuttle for local transport of in-house guests.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Valet for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and log activity as needed.
• Provide directions and information to guests; handle VIP arrivals when possible.
