The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, friendly, and guest-focused professional with strong knowledge of the city. They will have prior experience as a bellperson or valet and hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.

The candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. The role requires the physical ability to lift over 100 pounds. Hotel experience is preferred but not required.

This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time/Full availability needed including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour, plus tips.

What will I be doing?

As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for transferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and support hotel operations. Specific responsibilities include:

• Greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests
• Retrieving and transporting guest luggage
• Inspecting guest rooms and familiarizing guests with their features
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Organizing and storing luggage according to guidelines
• Providing feedback from guests and departments to management
• Delivering messages and faxes throughout the day
• Assisting with room moves, luggage deliveries, and front door duties
• Driving designated vehicles for guest transportation
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
