The Adolphus in Dallas seeks a Bellperson, Guest Services, to warmly assist guests from arrival through departure. You will escort guests, deliver luggage and messages, and ensure familiarity with room features. Stay composed in a busy lobby while delivering consistent, friendly service and anticipating guest needs. A physically capable, approachable team member is required.

This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their tail lights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them.

Requested Tasks

• Escort guests to room, delivery luggage, messages, packages and any other hotel items for the convenience of the guests
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
• Ensure guest is familiar with the room features upon arrival (i.e. thermostat)
• Maintain presence in the lobby, when not delivering luggage to guest room, offering assistance to guests
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (luggage, packages, etc.)
• Approachable and professional personality
• Ability to read guests' and expect their needs
• Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods at a time
