AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is looking for a full-time Bell Person to join the Guest Services team. This role focuses on ensuring a positive experience for guests during their arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, maintaining the cleanliness of service areas, and providing excellent customer service according to PLATINUM SERVICE Standards. AM and PM availability is a must. The position comes with various benefits such as paid vacation and shift meals.

Overview

Come join our Guest Servies team as a full-time Bell Person! We are AT&T Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of UT Campus, Hook 'em!

• Individual MUST have AM and PM availability daily, shift typically run from 7AM-3PM and 2-10:30PM

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose

To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the transport and storage of guests' luggage to guest room and conference center
• Assist with guest packages when needed
• To properly “log” all trips with guest luggage
• Responsible for a clean appearance of uniforms
• Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities
• To have pleasant conversations with guests about hotel promotional programs
• Ensure cleanliness of bell closets and bell carts
• Answer phones in lower lobby when needed
• Welcomes and assists guests’ according to PLATNIUM SERVICE Standards
• Providing an excellent first impression to guests
• Maintains a presence in the Front Drive throughout the hours of the shift
• Greets all guests courteously, using the guest’s name whenever possible
• Assist with the coordination of the arrivals and departures on the front drive
• Demonstrates PLATINUM SERVICE Standards in all interactions
• Remains observant and responds to each guest who passes through entrances
• Assists Housekeeping in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Hotel Lobby and Entry way
• Follows Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards
• Reports suspicious people, behavior, and vehicles to Loss Prevention
• Ensures adherence to Code of Ethics
